SME Centers are dedicated spaces where our customers can fulfill all their non-cash operational needs.
Lending Products:
- Financing facilities
- Trade Finance & Confirming( in coordination with specialists in Banking Products)
- Leasing ( in coordination with Leasing specialists)
Account Opening:
- Establish business relationship/New Customers account opening & administrative tasks.
- Modifications/changes to existing customers and/or accounts.
- Verification of doc & AML related activities.
- Filing &all maintenances in CBS.
Time Deposits:
- Offer/Sale the TD product & maintenance in CBS
- Coordinate with Treasury team on the IR to be offered for TD oer credit IR o C/A (if any)
- Coordinate with Treasury team on the FX transactions
Services:
- Sales of Internet Banking/modifications, Bulk Payments (applications, maintenance in CBS & deliver to ICT for user creations)
- Sales of Business Cards/ modifications (applications & maintenance in JIRA Cards, CBS & deliver to customer)
- Sale of POS in coordination with POS Team and related maintenances in JIRA POS and CBS.
- Sales of Pay Roll Service in coordination with Retail/Network
- DDA Agreement for Automatic Bill Payments ( application and deliver for maintenance in CBS)
- SWIFT MT 101
Others:
- Bank Confirmations
- Account Statements; MT940/1/2,,.. etc.

- Tirana: covering Tirana, Elbasan & Korca – Location “Lapraka Branch”.
- Durres: covering Durres, Kavaja, Shkodra, Lezha – Location “Durrës Main Branch, Str. Taulantia”.
- Vlora: covering Vlora, Fier, Berat, Lushnja, Gjirokastra, Saranda – Location “Vlora Sadik Zotaj Branch”.
