The main purpose is acquisition of a Car for a certain fee as specified in the Lease Agreement.
The ownership is transferred to the individual under certain conditions & for an agreed period, entitling the Lessee to purchase the leased asset.
The supplier must be an official authorized dealer. The car origin has to be guaranteed by the dealer.
With financial leasing the legal ownership remains to the Lessor, while the Lessee enjoys the right to economic usage of the asset. 
The finance lease allows you to choose the supplier & the type of asset suitable for your needs.
Buyout symbolic price: The Lessee acquires ownership of the asset upon expiry of the lease term without the payment of any premiums, only EUR 1.
